04.20.06 Sting surprises guests with Las Vegas concert...


Sting was the surprise guest at a concert in Las Vegas on April 18 at the opening of the Red Rock Resort and Casino. A crowd of almost 4,000 specially invited guests and VIPS crowded around the 3 acre pool area to watch Sting's one hour concert. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that many guests grabbed the coveted circular and canopied chaise lounges for the performance. Sting's set opened with 'Message In A Bottle' and included 'King Of Pain', 'Synchronicity II' and a cover of the Beatles' 'A Day In The Life'.
