Sting performs in Moscow for a second time this tour...

Sting managed to cross rock with the classical. The singer sang his own biggest hits and those of The Police with classical musicians. And he did it perfectly. This tour has stopped here in the city for the second time. Sting is touring with a program of symphonic treatments that, of course, is an order of magnitude more difficult. The first concert he gave at the Crocus City Hall last autumn left a positive feeling, and it was very interesting to see what has changed in the show nine months later...

Sting performs hits for 10,000 people in the Arena...

In Belgrade on Wednesday evening, British musician Sting was in fine voice as he performed orchestral interpretations of his greatest hits, accompanied by the Serbian orchestra "Kamerata Serbika ', in front of more than 10,000 people. Sting and ''Kamerata Serbika'', conducted by Sarah Hicks, played effectively for about two hours - with a break of 20 minutes - and the crowd cheered throughout as an inspired Sting performed songs from his time with The Police and from his solo career...

Sting played a memorable two-hour concert performance to a near full Stadium Georgi Asparuhov. The musicians took to the stage exactly at 20:30pm to the warm applause of the audience. Together with the Philharmonic, he performed a total of 23 songs, covering all periods of his career. But because of their orchestral arrangement, they were presented in a completely new light. So familiar songs like 'If I Ever Lose My Faith In You', 'Englishman In New York' and 'Every Breath You Take' had a more optimistic tone, while 'Roxanne', one of the iconic singles of his former group The Police, was a more melancholic version approaching the cover by George Michael...

Sting Concert in Bucharest: 10,000 spectators gathered in Constitution Square...

Sting's "Symphonicity" concert on Monday in Constitution Square, backed by an impressive 50 piece orchestra, began at around 8.20pm. Approximately 10,000 spectators came to the capital's Constitution Square to see Sting's concert, the first in 2011 supporting the artist's European "Symphonicity" tour. The stage was impressively large accommodating a symphonic orchestra and their instruments as well as the singer, Sting. On both sides of the stage two giant screens were installed allowing spectators to watch the concert. The whole stage set up capable of supporting at least 14,000lbs of equipment, instruments and musicians was brought in from the Netherlands especially for the event, according to organisers Emagic.

Symphonicity World Tour Extends To Include Concert In Kazakhstan...

Live Nation is pleased to announce that Sting will perform in Astana this summer as a part of his celebrated Symphonicity world tour. On July 4, 2011, the Symphonicity tour will appear at the Republic Velotrack "Sary-Arka" in Astana, Kazakhstan. This will be the final concert added to the Symphonicity tour this summer. Fan Club sales for Astana begin at 10AM (local time) on Wednesday, June 1st. As tickets will simultaneously go on sale to the public, a number of tickets have been reserved exclusively for fan club members...
